This is where the program and exercises are all about you. Your goals. Your why. It is the biggest bang for your buck there is. What you like we can work in here, along with the things you don’t like. One-on-one training should be like an experience. You don't want someone running you into the ground, yelling at you to complete another 10 burpees.
We will get work done, and you will feel your muscles and body for the next couple of days, but it's also a place where we can talk about you. Talk about your sleep patterns. Talk about your nutrition. Talk about your life in general. One-on-one sessions exercise programming are 8 week blocks, with some testing conducted around week 9 or week 10. I class these like cooking classes. What's the point of getting this better moving and better equipped body, if you can't use it to its full potential every now and again? It's like cooking a great looking cake, that you can't eat!
Exercise selection is based on how many sessions you are in a week, coupled with homework. After all, it wouldn't be a School without homework. The homework will be small things that will make a difference. Try to get 7-9 hours sleep a night. Eat protein with every meal. Park the car further away from the entrance to work and the supermarket. While this isn't onerous or lung busting homework (you will get some of this of course), these are things that are missed in most exercise programs. Every program in this service is about your goals, your dreams, your why.
